Okay, this shouldn’t be too difficult, considering that I’m in a foreign country (current location: Yucatan, Mexico) and most of the food I come across isn’t even in my Spanish dictionary.
But to do anything every day for 100 days won’t be easy. So far, so good. Here’s how it starts:
Day 1. La Calabaca (local type of zucchini), Tulum, Mexico.
Day 2. Mango con chile (mango with chile), Valladolid, Mexico.
Day 3. Tortillas frescas (fresh tortillas, hot off the press), Valladolid, Mexico.
Inspiration for this project came from an article on Good.is. Check out some of the other 100 Days projects – good stuff!
